Why we exist

The quote never matched the invoice.

Ask most prep centers what they charge and you get one number on a call. The fee sheet turns up later, with receiving, labelling, bagging and storage broken out separately. By the time you know your real cost per unit, your stock is already sitting in their building and moving it is expensive.

We built SellerNest the other way round. Every rate is published before you speak to anyone. Six volume bands, all visible. The add-ons that usually arrive as a surprise, storage past thirty days, oversize handling, bubble wrap, bundling and returns, are priced in public too.

That is the whole idea. You should be able to work out what your next shipment costs in about ten seconds, without handing over your email address first.

Transparency

Pricing before the call

Rates and common add-ons stay visible so the first conversation starts with facts, not a hidden fee sheet.

Care

Every unit gets a record

Counts, inspection notes and damage photos create a practical trail from receiving through dispatch.

Accountability

One team owns the handoff

The same operation receives, prepares and releases your inventory, so responsibility never disappears between vendors.

Inside the operation

One fulfillment center, one accountable team.

Receiving, inspection, prep, storage and dispatch all happen in the same building, run by the same team. Nothing is brokered out to a second site and no pallet quietly moves somewhere else when we get busy.

That is what makes the rest of this page possible. When one team touches a unit from the moment it arrives to the moment it leaves, we can put a person, a photo and a timestamp against every event that matters, and we can tell you who to call when something looks wrong.

In writing

Three promises, and what happens when we miss one.

A promise with no consequence attached is marketing. These three sit in your account terms, and each one names what we owe you if we fall short.

Turnaround

24 hours, or the prep is free

Standard FBA prep leaves our floor within a day of check in. That window goes into your account terms rather than sitting as a claim on a homepage. Miss it and that shipment costs you nothing to prep.

Rejections

Amazon says no, we pay

If a shipment is refused over something our floor did, we cover the return leg and redo the work at our own cost. The mistake was ours, so the bill stays ours as well.

Commitment

Leave whenever you like

No contract, no notice period and no exit fee. Your stock belongs to you and it ships back out on request. We would rather earn the next shipment than lock in the last one.

How we work

Five stations. Every handoff stays visible.

The same operating path follows every inbound shipment from supplier delivery to carrier handoff.

Honest fit

We are a good fit for some sellers and a poor one for others.

Prep is a long relationship and a bad match wastes a quarter for both of us. Here is the honest version, so you can rule us out on this page instead of after your stock arrives.

This works well if you

  • Ship on a regular cadence rather than once or twice a year
  • Want the cost in front of you before the first conversation
  • Sell on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, Shopify or TikTok Shop
  • Value a clean record of counts, photos and timestamps on every unit
  • Would rather test with fifty units than sign a contract

This is probably not for you if

  • The lowest possible per unit rate matters more than anything else
  • You want a bespoke rate card negotiated case by case
  • Your volume is unpredictable and arrives in rare large bursts
  • You would rather run prep yourself and simply rent shelf space
  • You need a partner willing to bend marketplace packaging rules

Next step

Put a real fulfillment workflow behind your next shipment.

Tell us what you sell, where you sell it and how much inventory moves. We will reply with the practical setup path.

No setup fee and no monthly minimum.
