Turnaround

24 hours, in writing

The turnaround is written into your account terms, not implied on a homepage. Miss it and that shipment’s prep is free.

Rejections

Amazon says no, we pay

If a shipment is refused over something our floor did, we cover the return leg and redo the work at our own cost.

Commitment

Leave whenever you like

No contract, no notice period, no exit fee. Your stock is yours and ships back out on request.

One rate, all in

What the per-unit price actually covers.

Most prep quotes are one number with a fee sheet arriving later. Here is the whole list, including the parts that cost us money.

On the floor

One building, one team, one set of hands on your stock.

No brokered overflow, no third site your pallets quietly move to. Everything that happens to a unit happens here, which is why we can photograph it and put a time against it.

Amazon spec

The rules that get shipments rejected.

A returned shipment costs more than the prep did. These are the requirements our floor team checks on every single unit.

FNSKU labeling

Every unit carries a scannable FNSKU with the manufacturer barcode fully covered. Mixed-condition and commingled stock never share a box.

Suffocation warnings

Poly bags with an opening of five inches or more get the printed warning at the required text size, and bags are sealed rather than folded.

Expiration dates

Dated goods are checked for the remaining-shelf-life window, printed in the required format, and lot-separated so a short batch cannot slip through.

Box weight and size

Cartons stay inside Amazon standard limits, with heavy-item labeling applied where needed so the carrier does not refuse the pallet.

Sets and bundles

Multi-packs are taped or bagged as one sellable unit and marked so a fulfillment center cannot break them apart and sell the pieces.

Fragile and liquid

Glass, liquids and pressurized goods get the packaging their category requires, tested against a drop before the SKU goes into production.

Send one test shipment before you move anything.

Fifty units is a real account at the published rate. See the photos, the counts and the turnaround before your main stock goes anywhere.

Who this fits

Built for sellers who ship, not sellers who browse.

Wholesale & arbitrage

You are buying faster than you can prep

Pallets are landing weekly and the prep is the reason stock sits in a garage instead of earning. Send it here and the buying stops being the bottleneck.

Private label

You are launching and cannot slip a date

Freight lands, the listing goes live on a fixed day, and there is no room for a prep center that answers on Tuesday. Approve the plan and watch the tracking.

Switching

You are leaving a prep center that went quiet

You have had the five-day check-ins, the surprise fee sheet, the shared spreadsheet nobody updates. Move a test shipment and compare it against your current invoice.

When we are not the right call

If you need same-day D2C dispatch on a 3,000-order day, hazmat and aerosols, or cold-chain storage, we will say so on the first call rather than take the account and disappoint you in month two.

How it works

Five stations. You work two of them.

The same status trail your portal shows on every inbound shipment.

Rates hold as long as you do

Stay in a band and the price stays put. No annual uplift clause, no re-quote at renewal, because there is no contract to renew.

Rework, quoted before we start

If a supplier ships the wrong insert or a batch needs relabeling, you get the number and the timeline before anyone touches a box.

I moved 4,000 units a month off a prep center that took five days to check anything in. SellerNest had my first shipment out in nineteen hours and sent photos of two crushed cases before I had asked.

Straight answers

Asked before every first shipment.

Still not sure?

Talk to someone who works the floor, not a sales desk. Ten minutes, no pitch.

Standard FBA prep is 24 hours from check-in, and receiving happens within four hours of the carrier dropping off. Containers and rework jobs get quoted individually, but you will always have the date before we start.

No. Fifty units a month is a real account and pays the published 1–50 rate. There is no setup fee, no monthly minimum and no per-SKU charge, so a slow month simply costs less rather than triggering a penalty.

No password sharing. You add us as a user with the specific permissions needed to build shipments, and you can revoke that access yourself at any time without contacting us.

It is photographed and posted to your portal the same day, before any prep work happens on that unit. You decide whether it ships, goes back to the supplier or gets disposed of, and you have the evidence to open a supplier claim.

Yes, at $0.45 a unit on top of the prep rate. Sets are assembled as one sellable unit and marked so a fulfillment center cannot break them apart. Send the assembly instructions once and we keep them on the SKU.

If a rejection traces back to our prep work, we cover the return and redo it at our cost. That is the reason the spec checks exist, and the reason we photograph every stage.
